  • You need your laundry to be pick up and delivered to you.
Provide full name and phone Number: For coordinating pickup and delivery times.
Exact Pickup/Delivery Address: Including any specific instructions (e.g., "leave on back porch," "concierge desk").
Preferred Time Slots: Flexibility for both pickup and delivery.
  • You need your NHS prescription to be collected from the pharmacy and to be  deliver it to you. 
Anyone can collect a medicine on your behalf as long as you have given consent or asked them to collect it.
Key Requirements and Guidelines

    Patient Consent: The person must formally asked me to collect their prescription.
    Pharmacy Verification: The GP surgery or pharmacy may contact the patient to confirm they are happy for me to collect their medication.
    Information Needed: I will need to know the full name, address, and date of birth of the patient.
    Signature: I may be asked to sign the back of the prescription form on behalf of the patient.
    Full confidentiality (GDPR): The personal information about an individual, their medication, or their circumstances will not be shared.

  • You need your online shopping to be picked up for you and delivered to your door.
Key Requirements for Third-Party Pickup:
Order Confirmation/Barcode: A copy of the confirmation email, QR code, or text message.
Order Number: The unique identifier for the order.


The price for an individual service is: £ 5.00
